We are looking for a talented **Freelance Mid-Senior Data Engineer** to support our **AI Operational Efficiency** stream.

In this role, you won't just maintain pipelines; you will be a true **"builder"** with a smart, proactive attitude, capable of bridging the gap between a Modern Data Stack and cutting-edge GenAI applications. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency through data and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities:**

-   Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to power our AI operational initiatives.
-   Implement and manage data flows tailored for **agentic workflows** and **LLM interactions**.
-   Maintain and evolve our data infrastructure, ensuring high data quality and availability.
-   Partner with the AI team to deploy smart, efficient, and automated solutions.

## Requirements

-   **Technical Requirements:**

-   Strong proficiency in **Python** for data engineering and scripting.
-   Solid experience with **DBT** for data transformation and modeling.
-   Hands-on experience with orchestration tools, specifically **Airflow**.
-   Deep knowledge of **Amazon Redshift** or equivalent Modern Data Stack technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
-   Familiarity with **agentic workflows** and building architectures that interact with **LLMs** (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG patterns).
