### **Open now: Mid or Senior Python Developer (freelance / B2B)**

**What you'll do**

-   Build, maintain, and extend Python applications on our commercial projects
-   Use AI to leverage and improve your work
-   Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability
-   Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
-   Take ownership of complex systems — improving, refactoring, and keeping them healthy
-   Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers and clients; review code, and share technical decisions

**What we're looking for**

-   **Technical core:** strong hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask. FastAPI
-   **Data & infrastructure:** good knowledge of PostgreSQL and practical experience with AWS (or a comparable cloud)
-   **DevOps mindset:** familiarity with Terraform is a strong plus
-   **Ownership:** comfortable managing and enhancing complex systems
-   **Communication:** fluent English and Polish

**Rates & contract**

B2B contract, billed hourly

Mid: up to 90 PLN/hour

Senior: up to 120 PLN/hour

Final rate depends on project scope and your experience
