**Relationship Manger, Private Wealth**

**Responsibilities**

-   Achieve personal KPIs related to new high-net-worth client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets.
-   Actively prospect and engage potential clients from own connections and resources, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
-   Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches tailored to client needs.
-   Promote brokerage products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private banking services.
-   Conduct market and client research to identify potential sales and growth opportunities.
-   Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks.
-   Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
-   Collaborate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth client journey.

**Requirements**

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; certifications like CFA/FRM or CMFAS are a plus.
-   Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNWIs, private investment companies and family offices, focusing of trading/investment products, platforms or solutions. Proven track record of top sales performance in previous roles is a strong plus.
-   Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
-   Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, including equities, futures/options and wealth management products, is a huge plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
-   Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance standards; regulatory certifications are a plus.
-   Attributes: Professional, client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in wealth management.
-   Mandarin preferred due to frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients
