**Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end vendor management and operational workflows, including logistics planning, procurement tracking, budget coordination, and payment governance.
-   Own the execution of store activations and partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and high-quality delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
-   Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational SOPs across retail, partnerships, vendor management, and marketing operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution consistency.
-   Drive operational reporting and performance tracking, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and clear visibility to support management decision-making.
-   Manage B2B partnerships and KOL collaborations end-to-end, including planning support, coordination, execution oversight, and post-campaign performance evaluation for workshops, seminars, and offline brand experiences.
-   Lead execution of community engagement initiatives on the moomoo in-app community platform and TikTok, working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
-   Oversee retail marketing execution and store activation rollout, including campaign coordination, offline materials planning, and on-ground execution.
-   Act as a key operational owner and escalation point between marketing, retail, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and execution excellence.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

-   2–4 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, project coordination, or related functions.
-   Strong experience in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution.
-   Proven ability to manage both marketing execution and operational workflows independently.
-   Experience in offline events, retail marketing, or partnership management is an added advantage.
-   Strong interest in digital content and social media platforms (especially TikTok) is an added advantage.
-   Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
-   Strong multitasking, vendor management, and negotiation skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
