**Business Development and Partnership Lead (KOL and Brands)**

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic BD & Partnerships Lead (KOL and Brands) to drive moomoo Singapore’s growth through high-impact partnerships and scalable business development initiatives.

This role will lead the development of strategic partnerships across KOLs, content platform and key online partnership channels, with a strong focus on acquiring high-quality clients and building long-term growth pipelines.

**Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute a comprehensive BD & partnerships strategy aligned with business goals.
-   Identify and prioritise high-impact partnership opportunities (brands, corporates and KOLs) across key segments.
-   Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline with clear prioritisation and tracking.
-   Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including structuring commercially viable partnership models.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout and delivery of partnership initiatives.
-   Lead and mentor a team of BD managers/executives. Set clear targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
-   Consistently monitor and assess the performance of all ongoing partnerships, tracking key metrics and outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and refine partnership strategies to improve ROI and scalability.
-   Prepare regular reports and sharings on online channels' performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
-   Support any other relevant channel marketing initiatives where necessary.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
-   5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or related roles
-   Experience in fintech, brokerage, financial services, or investment platforms preferred
-   Proven track record in:

-   Building and closing strategic partnerships (brands and KOLs)
-   Driving measurable business outcomes (growth, revenue, user acquisition)

-   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure win-win partnership models
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-   Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
-   Prior experience working with financial institutions, platforms, or KOL ecosystems is a strong advantage
