**About the role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations & Settlement Executive to manage daily transaction processing, reconciliation, settlements, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling financial data, ensuring accuracy in settlements, and supporting smooth operational workflows.

**Operations and Settlement Officer**

**Responsibilities**

-   Ensure timely and accurate trade or payment settlements.
-   Reconcile transaction records and investigate discrepancies.
-   Coordinate with banks, brokers, custodians, and internal teams regarding settlement activities.
-   Prepare operational and settlement reports for management.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and records of transactions.
-   Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
-   Assist in improving operational procedures and workflow efficiency.
-   Handle client or counterparty inquiries related to settlements and operations.
-   Support audit requests and risk management activities.
-   Prepare all required and related regulatory reports to regulators (Bank of Thailand, SEC, SET and others) such as client monthly positions, monthly FX spread, etc.
-   Participate in system UAT and production testing, supporting system enhancements and process improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
-   Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations within a securities company, custodian, or financial institution.
-   Strong knowledge of Thai capital markets, including clearing & settlement processes, custody services, and familiarity with SEC/SET regulations is highly preferred.
-   Good command of Thai and English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is an advantage.
-   Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, good time management, and the capability to perform under pressure.
-   Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to work.
-   Possesses good logical thinking.
-   Candidates with relevant knowledge but less experience may also be considered.
