**Senior Specialist, Business Development and Partnership (KOL and Brands)**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships professional to accelerate customer acquisition in Singapore through **KOL collaborations and brand partnerships**. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that strengthen our brand presence, drive user growth, and maximize conversion. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in influencer marketing and partnership development, a strong professional network, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into successful growth strategies.

**Responsibilities**

-   Identify, develop, and manage strategic **KOL/influencer** and **corporate/brand partnerships** to acquire new customers and achieve business growth.
-   Leverage professional networks to unlock partnership opportunities, accelerate discussions, and expand market reach.
-   Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and activations (online and offline), ensuring seamless implementation and measurable impact.
-   Negotiate and structure partnership agreements and campaign deals aligned with business and customer growth objectives.
-   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, brands, and key stakeholders.
-   Monitor and analyse campaign and channel performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
-   Stay informed of industry trends, platforms, and best practices, applying insights to unlock new opportunities and strengthen campaign effectiveness.
-   Support other channel marketing initiatives as required.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-   3–5 years of experience in **business development, partnership marketing, or influencer/KOL marketing**, with a strong focus on customer acquisition (experience in finance, trading, or tech sectors is a plus).
-   Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through KOL collaborations and/or brand partnerships.
-   Strong professional network across relevant industries (e.g., finance, tech, lifestyle, corporate services).
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-   Analytical mindset with hands-on experience tracking performance metrics and optimising campaigns.
-   Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
-   Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a major advantage.
