**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Product

## Description

More.com offers a pan-European ticketing marketplace with 15 years of experience, thousands of clients, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, More.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 6 countries.

**The Team**

Our Product Team develops and improves More.com’s ticketing platform, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and event producers. We operate as “builders” — hands-on creators using AI-assisted workflows to move fast from insight to validated product increment, staying closely connected to customer, partner, and business needs.

**The Role**

We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join our team in Marousi, Athens (on-site), reporting to the Product Owner. You will own the product roadmap for all web properties targeting markets inside and outside Greece — including the More.com website and partner minisites — driving international growth through improved experience, adoption, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable with strategy and execution, working within an agile team alongside designers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders. The ideal candidate is adaptable and confident in a fast-changing AI-driven environment where new tools and ways of working are adopted continuously.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Own the international web roadmap — define, prioritize, and communicate a product roadmap driving measurable growth across More.com’s web channels outside Greece
- Manage web properties end-to-end — take full product ownership of the More.com website and partner minisites (Public, Shopflix, Olympiacos F.C.), optimizing for conversion, usability, and local market fit
- Build with AI-assisted workflows — use Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, and other AI platforms to prototype, implement, and iterate on features; collaborate with engineering for guidance and review
- Translate strategy into execution — gather stakeholder requirements, define product specs, and co-create with designers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality increments with shared ownership of outcomes
- Drive growth through data and experimentation — run A/B tests and product experiments, leverage analytics and user feedback to identify friction points, improve funnel performance, and inform prioritization
- Collaborate cross-functionally — align the product roadmap with commercial, marketing, and local market teams; contribute to Go-to-Market plans for new features, markets, or partner integrations
- Ensure quality and documentation — define acceptance criteria, support QA processes, and maintain clear product documentation including specs, process flows, and release notes

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar role is a strong advantage
- Genuine curiosity about digital products, web performance, and growth; builder mindset — willing to get hands-on with AI tools, not just write specs
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor, or similar is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum; knowledge of e-commerce, ticketing, or events industry, and familiarity with European market localization are all a plus

## Benefits

- Annual Bonus scheme
- Health and life insurance for you and your family
- Career and competencies development
- Access to library of courses
- Top-of-the-line tools and equipment
- Modern workspace environment
- Employee Wellness Program (daily group sessions led by professional coaches)
