### Executive Assistant – Systematic Commodities Hedge Fund

Moreton Capital Partners is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer and leadership team, enabling the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing, ambitious, and technology-driven hedge fund.

This role is best suited to someone highly proactive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and can confidently manage competing priorities with discretion.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and optimise the CIO’s schedule, priorities, and workflow
-   Coordinate investor, broker, and partner meetings end-to-end
-   Handle complex calendar management across multiple time zones (Google Workspace)
-   Coordinate travel, logistics, and execution for research and investor trips
-   Prepare and organise investor materials, reporting packs, and data rooms
-   Support internship and recruiting coordination, including liaising with universities and external partners
-   Oversee vendors, office operations, and administrative processes
-   Maintain organised documentation, contracts, and internal systems
-   Drive internal projects across operations, hiring, and infrastructure
-   Ensure timelines and priorities remain on track across teams
-   Act as a central coordination point across leadership, research, and external stakeholders
-   Handle ad hoc tasks critical to the firm’s execution

## Requirements

-   5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar
-   Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
-   Strong technical proficiency, including Google Workspace, Excel, and AI tools
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
