Our Mission:
The Morris County Communications Center (MCCC) is committed to safeguarding the public and supporting our first responders in the field by delivering critical emergency communication services. We serve as a vital link between residents in need and the police, fire, and EMS personnel who respond.

Who We Serve:
Founded in 2006 by the Morris County Board of County Commissioners, MCCC now provides full or partial dispatch services for the majority of municipalities within Morris County. In addition to local towns, we proudly support Picatinny Arsenal, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. MCCC also serves as the backup for 9-1-1 overflow calls throughout the county and provides pre-arrival medical instruction for several municipalities that operate their own dispatch services.

Around-the-Clock Response:
Our team of highly trained professionals work 24/7, 365 days a year to ensure fast, coordinated, and accurate emergency response. Their dedication ensures that help is just a call away for residents across the region.

Commitment to Excellence:
The Morris County Communications Center is proud to be recognized as a leader in public safety communications through multiple prestigious accreditations and certifications that reflect our ongoing pursuit of excellence.

These ongoing recognitions affirm MCCC’s deep-rooted dedication to professionalism, innovation, and public service.

Collaboration & Innovation:
Beyond dispatch, MCCC supports a countywide records management system that promotes real-time data sharing and cooperation among law enforcement agencies. Our commitment to innovation, ongoing training, and community engagement helps ensure we meet the evolving needs of public safety.

Community Connection:
Public trust is at the core of what we do. As part of our continuous accreditation process, we invite community members to provide feedback and participate in assessments. Input may be submitted at any time via the CALEA Public Comment Portal to help us ensure transparency and accountability.
