## Description

**Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA)** is seeking a talented and driven **Structural Engineer** to join our Orlando, FL team.

At MRA, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—**telecommunications facilities** (towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, and everything from **mid-rise to high-rise concrete structures and multi-family developments**. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking design.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using **steel, masonry, concrete, and wood**
-   Develop construction documents and models using **AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)**
-   Perform structural analysis and modeling using **RISA (RISA-3D and related tools)**
-   Lead or support the preparation of proposals, reports, and design concepts
-   Solve complex engineering challenges with efficient, code-compliant solutions
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across Florida

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering _(PE license preferred)_
-   **5 - 12 years of structural design experience** in consulting or a related field
-   **Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with RISA required; experience with Revit highly preferred**
-   Experience with **BIM workflows and 3D structural modeling** is a plus
-   Solid experience applying structural analysis and design principles
-   US Citizen or Permanent Resident; visa sponsorship is not available
