At SIXT Greece, we are looking for a commercially driven automotive professional to take ownership of our Used Car Sales activity.

In this role, you will take ownership of our used vehicle sales activity, driving commercial performance and maximizing the value of our used vehicle fleet. You will build and expand relationships with dealer partners, identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and monitor market trends to support business growth. We are looking for a commercially driven professional who takes initiative, enjoys building long-term partnerships and delivers results.

**Key responsibilities:**

-   Manage the nationwide sales of SIXT's used vehicle fleet
-   Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners
-   Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
-   Negotiate vehicle sales and commercial agreements
-   Monitor market trends, vehicle values and competitor activity
-   Drive commercial performance and achieve sales targets

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in automotive sales, used vehicle sales, remarketing or a similar commercial role within the automotive industry and with strong knowledge of the Greek automotive market
-   Proven track record in sales, business development and commercial negotiations
-   An established network within the automotive industry will be considered a strong advantage
-   Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven and customer-focused mindset
-   Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills
-   A self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently, take ownership and drive initiatives
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
