We are seeking a dynamic and analytical **Junior BI Analyst** to join the Group IT Division. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group’s Business Intelligence reporting environment, supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, implement, and maintain Group BI reporting solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
-   Develop and support reporting solutions using **Power BI** environment
-   Gather, analyze, and document business reporting requirements, proposing optimal technical implementations
-   Manage and coordinate reporting-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
-   Monitor emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices, and proactively propose enhancements to the existing BI landscape

## Requirements

-   University degree in Information Technology or a related field
-   1–2 years of professional experience in BI reporting or analytics
-   Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or other similar tool.
-   Understanding of business processes and enterprise environments
-   Good knowledge of SQL
-   Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
-   Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-   Good presentation skills
-   Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
