**POSITION SUMMARY**

This position supports business results by coordinating coach deliveries from Winnipeg and liaises with Pembina personnel to coordinate new coach deliveries from Pembina.  This position also is accountable to ensure accurate and timely distribution of delivery information.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** 

-   Provides information regarding delivery priorities to Production.  Provides accurate and timely information to Service Center Coordinators, Inventory Coordinators and Fleet Support Managers of delivery timing.
-   Schedules/coordinates Transit Tech and MCI drives to move new coaches from Winnipeg to Pembina, Service Centres or Customer sites.
-   Coordinates requirements to ensure effective deliveries, including, but not limited to:

-   Delivery and Customs Paperwork
-   Coordinate Krown undercoating on all coaches enroute to delivery
-   Ensuring new coaches are clean and operational, warm and ready for driver in winter months, including a functional walk through of the coach
-   Ensuring warranties are activated
-   Conducting pre-shipment/pre-customer pick up option reviews/checks.
-   Coordinating issue resolutions with Production and QA
-   Ensuring delivery process is compliant with Corporate Policy
-   Provide high level driver training for customers at pickup and to contractor for new hires or new features
-   Ensure all Canadian coaches are fueled prior to pickup
-   Support QA with road and water testing as required

-   Provides direct customer service by:

-   Conducting customer coach orientations at factory pick ups.
-   Coordinating customer transportation from airport/hotels
-   Conducting factory tours for customer drivers
-   Managing giveaways

-   Supports marketing by photographing customer coaches and ensuring photographs are distributed to Marketing.
-   Driveaway finished coaches to customer locations/service centers.
-   Ensures work area is in compliance with various company polices and practices including Health, Safety, and Environmental Procedures, Plant Rules, Attendance, Human Rights, Five “S”, others as applicable. 

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:**

-   Demonstrated results coordinating multiple details in high volume, high demand environment
-   Working knowledge of Coach Models
-   Preference given to candidates with 2 – 5 years’ experience in a large product manufacturing environment.
-   Demonstrated experience with DRP and MRP, MS Office, AS400 an asset.
-   Administrative and Detail Orientation
-   Strong Service Orientation
-   Relationship Building/Communication Skills
-   Problem Solving – ability to think on one’s feet
-   Computer Proficiencies
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Ability to travel to the US
-   Class 2 driver’s license an asset
