## Description

### Early Careers Recruiter
6 month contract

About Us

We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients include some of the most innovative organisations in the world — from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries.

Our team spans the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam. We’re remote-first, globally minded, and deeply collaborative. We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven — creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.

### Why This Role Exists

Our client is a multinational enterprise software company who are scaling their early-career hiring significantly. The current graduate cohort is approximately 250 per year, with a target of reaching 1,000 over the next 12 months. Growth will be incremental, with the immediate pipeline consisting of 82 graduates hiring in July and a further 250 from October through January.

As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will join a globally distributed team of four, reporting to the Early Careers Lead. The team sits within our client's wider Talent Acquisition function.

### What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end graduate recruiting across the US, Canada, and global markets.
- Manage university and pipeline partner relationships, including career fairs, events, and campus engagement.
- Deliver against ambitious onboarding targets: 82 hires by July, 250 from October through January.
- Run candidates through assessment processes using in-house ATS and psychometric testing tools.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and programme stakeholders across functions.
- Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and cohort progress.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience as the programme scales.
- Contribute subject matter expertise on early careers best practice to the wider TA team.
- Support scoping and early planning for a future tech apprenticeship programme (nice to have, not essential on day one).

## Requirements

- 2+ years of recent and demonstrable early-career recruiting experience as a primary focus.
- Hands-on experience running graduate programme recruitment end-to-end, from pipeline building through to offer management.
- Experience managing university and campus relationships directly.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with defined targets.
- Ability to work autonomously within a small, globally distributed team.

### Bonus if you have

- Experience with tech sector graduate or apprenticeship programmes.
- Familiarity with bespoke ATS platforms.
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (US, Canada, international).
- Background in scaling early-career cohorts through periods of significant growth.
- Exposure to apprenticeship programme design, particularly within technology functions.
