**Responsibilities and Duties** 

-   Support the design, implement and raise awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes including HR tailored frameworks, programs, policies. 

-   Support business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce plan, and cost management. 

-   Support and revise job descriptions for relevant positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines. 

-   Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process. 

-   Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.  

-   Collaborate with the business partners to develop and review workforce plans. 

-   Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes. 

-   Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters. 

-   Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (xls, tableau…) 

 **Qualifications, experience, and skills** 

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

-   3-5 Years experience of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics Roles. 

-   Strong knowledge of Rewards current trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.  

-   Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs. 

-   Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 

-   Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. 

-   Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams. 

-   Outstanding multitasking abilities. 

-   Eager to learn.
