🔎 We **are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager** **based in Budapest** who combines strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and a passion for driving successful transformation outcomes.

**Your Future Role:**

-   **Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects** from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
-   **Manage** project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
-   **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams** across business and technology functions.
-   **Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders** and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee discussions.
-   Ensure **alignment between business** requirements and **SAP best practices.**
-   Support change management and business adoption activities.
-   Identify and proactively **mitigate project risks and issues.**
-   **Ensure high-quality delivery** while maintaining focus on business value and outcomes.

## Requirements

-   **4-6 years of proven experience** managing **SAP implementation** or transformation projects.
-   **Strong understanding** of SAP ecosystems and enterprise business processes.
-   **Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA** projects, ideally including Public Cloud initiatives.
-   Strong **stakeholder management and communication skills.**
-   Experience working within international and matrix organizations.
-   **Knowledge** of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
-   **Ability to lead cross-functional teams** and manage competing priorities.
-   **Native Hungarian** language skills and **professional English** proficiency **are a must**
