## Description

Our partner is an international company looking for a new colleague to further develop its e-commerce and digital channels.

We are looking for an independent, proactive E-commerce & Digital Specialist who already has a few years of relevant experience, understands how online sales channels work, and can combine hands-on execution with a strong business mindset.

**Your responsibilities will include**

-   Supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous development of e-commerce platforms
-   Managing website content, products, and promotions
-   Actively participating in the planning and execution of digital campaigns
-   Coordinating PPC, display, social media, and CRM activities
-   Continuously analyzing and improving website traffic and conversion
-   Coordinating e-commerce campaigns and digital projects
-   Preparing performance reports, analyses, and presentations
-   Monitoring digital KPIs, campaign results, and ROI metrics
-   Continuously optimizing the customer journey and online user experience
-   Collaborating with marketing, sales, and other internal departments
-   Liaising with external agencies, service providers, and international stakeholders
-   Participating in e-commerce and digital development projects

## Requirements

**You are a great fit if**

-   You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
-   You have hands-on experience in online sales or digital marketing
-   You have a solid understanding of digital campaigns and online channels
-   You have fluent English, both written and spoken
-   You have an analytical mindset and enjoy making data-driven decisions
-   You can manage tasks and projects independently
-   You prioritize well and can confidently handle multiple tasks at once
-   You are a proactive, results-oriented, solution-focused person
-   You enjoy working in an international environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders

**Nice to have**

-   Knowledge of GA4
-   SEO experience
-   Knowledge of CRM and/or CMS systems
-   Experience with e-commerce platforms
-   Experience in an international corporate environment
