Our team is looking to fill a new position of Specialist, Office of the President and CEO. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week anywhere in Canada. **Please apply by May 25, 2026.**

### The impact you will have: 

The Specialist, Office of the President and CEO is a key player in ensuring operational excellence and advancement of special initiatives from the Office of the President and CEO. This role provides reliable project administration, logistical and operational support on identified annual plans. Through strong organizational skills, discretion and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities this position helps drive MS Canada’s mission forward. This position will:

-   Provide a high level administration support for the President’s Office, including meeting planning, expense management and travel 

-   Coordinate and support logistics on projects, events and initiatives 

-   Ensure data integrity through consistent tracking of constituent engagement 

-   Coordinate and steward MS community member and volunteer activity by building and maintaining relationships

## Requirements

### Our ideal candidate has: 

-   Experience in project coordination or project management  

-   Previous experience in administrative support, executive assistance or office coordination  

-   Volunteer management experience with the ability to build trusting relationships with MS community members in a cooperative and supportive manner 

-   Agility and openness to change, contributing to a flexible and adaptive work culture 

-   The skills to model and contribute to the organization’s goals, functions and values 

-   A high-level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail
