Driven by our unparalleled team and our track record of successful project execution, we aim to consistently deliver superior, innovative solutions that empower our clients’ success worldwide. ## Requirements Role and Responsibilities:   - Reporting to the Project Manager.  - Manage and coordinate MSL’s HVAC and electrical scope of work within our MEP & HVAC project delivery for specific life science capital project from design phase through installation to final handover, ensuring compliance with URS, specifications, and client standards.  - Oversee on-site M&E installations, working closely with construction teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and utility providers to ensure all M&E systems are delivered on programme and to high quality standards.  - Adherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies.  - Ensure HSE compliance including RAMS and safe systems of work.  - Manage subcontractors, if applicable  - Review design documentation and identify clashes across disciplines using BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit).  - Act as the interface between mechanical, electrical, BMS, and process vendors.  - Assist with technical submittals including AHUs, chillers, MCCs, panels, and controls.  - Lead coordination meetings and track RFIs, technical queries, and design changes.  - Support procurement via technical evaluations and vendor coordination.  - Ensure installation meets programme, quality, and cleanroom requirements.  - Coordinate critical cleanroom systems including HEPA filtration, pressure cascades, and environmental control.  - Implement QA/QC procedures (ITPs, inspections, and certification reviews).  - Support commissioning and validation (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ).  - Manage as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover dossiers.  - Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.  - Represent MSL at client and consultant meetings  Requirements:  - Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering an advantage.  - 4+ years’ experience in M&E coordination  - Strong understanding of industrial M&E systems.  - Proven experience managing service installations from coordination through to commissioning.  - Experience working on mechanical construction projects in relevant industry sectors essential (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semi-conductor, Data Centre or Oil and Gas)  - Proficient in the use of Navis Works or equivalent packages  - Strong communicator, written and verbal  - Diligent, has a high level of attention to detail, and sets a high standard of quality for themselves and others  - Personable, and a team player  - Ability to handle multiple tasks at once  - Hard working and able to work in fast paced work environment. ## Benefits MSL Engineering is an equal opportunities employer committed to ensuring our hiring process is fair and accessible to all to participate in the recruitment process.
