With a highly skilled team and proven project track record, we consistently deliver innovative solutions that support our clients’ success worldwide. ### **Role Overview** The Mechanical Piping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing piping installation works on site, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordination with multiple trades, subcontractor management, and maintaining strict compliance with project and HSE requirements. ## Requirements - Coordinate and supervise all piping activities on site alongside other trades - Lead daily whiteboard meetings and deliver weekly toolbox talks - Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the line manager - Ensure labour resources are effectively planned and aligned with project schedules - Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and productivity - Supervise subcontractors to ensure efficiency and compliance with project requirements - Monitor and report variations, delays, and risks to the Construction Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM) - Verify all materials and plant on site meet project specifications - Ensure safe handling, storage, and coordination of delivered materials - Confirm all subcontractor plant and equipment is certified and fit for use - Enforce strict Health & Safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on site - Identify and implement improvements to working practices to enhance safety and efficiency - Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across all work areas - Previous experience in a Mechanical Piping Supervisor role - Pharma project experience is highly advantageous - Strong ability to read and interpret isometric drawings - Good knowledge of piping installation, testing, and QA/QC requirements - Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - **Essential:** Experience using Navisworks 3D model **Key Attributes** Strong leadership and team coordination skills Highly safety-conscious with a proactive approach to risk management Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality delivery Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment ## Benefits We offer a competitive salary that takes into account your experience and qualifications.
