### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO Consultant** to support SAP Finance and Controlling processes, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in **SAP FI and CO**, with a good understanding of end-to-end financial business processes. Experience working with **SAP S/4HANA** is highly preferred.

**Automotive industry experience is preferred**, particularly candidates who have worked with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive-related organizations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Configure and support SAP **Financial Accounting (FI)** and **Controlling (CO)** modules.
-   Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
-   Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
-   Configure and support:

-   General Ledger (GL)
-   Accounts Payable (AP)
-   Accounts Receivable (AR)
-   Asset Accounting (AA)
-   Bank Accounting
-   Tax configuration
-   Cost Center Accounting
-   Profit Center Accounting
-   Internal Orders
-   Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

-   Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as **MM, SD, PP, and HR**.
-   Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and/or transformation projects.
-   Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
-   Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
-   Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
-   Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.
-   Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
-   Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of experience** as an SAP FICO Consultant.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **SAP FI and CO**.
-   Experience with **SAP S/4HANA Finance** is highly preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial accounting and controlling processes.
-   Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
-   Good understanding of integration between FICO and other SAP modules.
-   Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
-   Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent English communication skills.

### Automotive Experience – Preferred

-   **Automotive industry experience is preferred.**
-   Experience working with **automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive service organizations** is an advantage.
-   Understanding of automotive financial processes and business operations is a plus.
-   Candidates with experience supporting SAP FICO within an automotive environment will be highly preferred.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
-   Experience in **S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects**.
-   Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
-   Experience in the **GCC/Saudi market** is a plus.
-   Automotive industry experience is preferred.
