## Description

**Müller’s Solutions** is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Dubai. You’ll design, build and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or others, depending on the project)
-   Develop server-side and client-side scripts: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions
-   Build and maintain workflows and Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items and record producers
-   Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and import sets
-   Build reports and dashboards (Performance Analytics is a plus)
-   Take part in requirements workshops and turn business needs into technical designs
-   Support upgrades, cloning, update set management and platform health checks
-   Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
-   Strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills
-   Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred)
-   Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and security
-   Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
-   Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

**Preferred Certifications**

-   ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
-   ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
-   Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), any module
