## Description

**Müller’s Solutions** is hiring a Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. You’ll work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs, improve processes and turn requirements into effective solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, then document business and functional requirements
-   Analyse current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes
-   Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN)
-   Act as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing
-   Keep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams
-   Plan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure
-   Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making
-   Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project
-   Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews

-   Support demand intake, release planning and continual improvement of the platform

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects
-   Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling
-   Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams
-   Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office
-   Data analysis skills; Excel essential, and Power BI or SQL is a plus
-   Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field

-   **Preferred Certifications**

-   CBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA)
-   PMI-PBA
-   Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PSPO
-   Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt)
