## Description

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design technical architectures aligned with Ministry-approved standards.
-   Ensure the use of approved technologies such as .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
-   Develop secure digital applications and services following secure coding standards.
-   Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware technologies.
-   Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines.
-   Prepare technical and architectural documentation.
-   Implement and validate High Availability and Failover mechanisms.
-   Support performance, security, and functional testing activities.
-   Ensure compliance with MFA, WAF, Data Encryption, Monitoring, and SSO requirements.

## Requirements

### **Required Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital application and system development.
-   Strong experience with .NET, Angular, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
-   Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
-   Excellent architectural and technical leadership skills.
