### Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **DevOps Engineer** to build, automate, and manage enterprise deployment environments with a strong focus on **air-gapped infrastructure** and **OpenShift clusters**. The ideal candidate will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage containerized applications, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable deployments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and AI solution deployments.
-   Work in **air-gapped environments** and manage **OpenShift clusters**.
-   Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
-   Manage containers, orchestration platforms, and deployment environments.
-   Monitor application performance, availability, and operational health.
-   Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
-   Apply infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and system hardening.
-   Optimize deployment efficiency, scalability, reliability, and operational costs.
-   Support release management, production deployments, and incident resolution.
-   Collaborate with development, AI, QA, and infrastructure teams.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **5+ years** of DevOps experience.
-   Hands-on experience working in **air-gapped environments**.
-   Strong experience managing **Red Hat OpenShift** clusters.
-   Experience designing and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines**.
-   Experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes/OpenShift**.
-   Experience automating infrastructure using **Ansible**, **Terraform**, or similar tools.
-   Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
-   Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
-   Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
-   Knowledge of secrets management and infrastructure hardening.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
