**Responsibilities**

-   Assist in the creation of dashboards and visualizations under the guidance of senior analysts.
-   Support in-depth analyses to help identify business opportunities and potential risks.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help gather requirements and support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs).
-   Help maintain and update data models, and support basic ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
-   Assist in cleaning, organizing, and validating data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-   Support the team in documenting analytics processes and best practices.
-   Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for improving data reporting and insights.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates only)
-   Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
-   Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
-   Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
-   Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
-   Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working with data.
-   Interest in pursuing a career in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
