### **Your Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Investor Relations:** Maintain strong, professional relationships with the fund's investors and serve as their primary point of contact.
-   **Operational Coordination:** Manage daily fund operations, including overseeing cash flows across multiple banks and brokers, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
-   **Fund Administration:** Collaborate with the fund administrator on monthly NAV calculations and reporting requirements.
-   **Risk Monitoring:** Monitor portfolio risks and address any operational challenges as they arise.
-   **CRM and Marketing Support:** Manage the fund’s CRM system (HubSpot) and assist with marketing and communication efforts.
-   **Transaction Oversight:** Facilitate fund deposits and redemptions, ensuring smooth and accurate processes.

### **What We’re Looking For:**

-   Previous experience in financial institutions’ operations or administration is an advantage.
-   Familiarity with **KYC**, **FATCA**, and financial compliance regulations.

-   Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
