## Description

Overview:  
Zyg is hiring a data visionary to serve as VP of Data, leading the development of a robust data strategy and infrastructure that powers our ecommerce publishing platform. This leader will ensure Zyg’s data capabilities drive innovation in user profiling, predictive analytics, and creative tools.  
Responsibilities:  
● Build and scale a high-accuracy data platform to support Zyg’s publishing ecosystem.  
● Develop advanced data science capabilities for user profiling, predictive algorithms, and real-time analytics.  
● Lead initiatives in creative analytics and AI-driven content solutions.  
● Ensure the data platform supports scalability, reliability, and security.  
● Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to deliver integrated data-powered solutions.  
Requirements:  
● Extensive leadership experience in data engineering and analytics for ecommerce or D2C platforms.  
● Expertise in building scalable data infrastructures and leveraging advanced AI/ML techniques.  
● Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and innovative platform capabilities.  
● Strong leadership skills, with a focus on fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
