**What a typical day looks like:**

-   Phone calls with customers who have already submitted service requests through our partner app
-   Confirm their setup details and move-in timeline
-   Make sure the services they selected fit their home and needs
-   Recommend upgrades when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup
-   Finalize the order and pass it to our processing team
-   Keep clean documentation in our CRM

This is a **fast-paced, high activity role** with steady daily call volume.

These are warm customers who already intend to buy. **Your job is to guide, confirm, and complete the order.**
