### **Operations Coordinator - Order Processing**

Our advisors secure the customer. **Your job is to ensure every order is executed accurately, completely, and on time across multiple provider systems.**

**What a typical day looks like:**

-   Process service orders across multiple systems and portals
-   Review advisor notes for accuracy and completeness
-   Contact customers when needed to confirm details
-   Resolve discrepancies before they create issues
-   Communicate with sales advisors and providers
-   Track order progress and ensure completion
-   Maintain clean, organized CRM documentation
-   Follow structured workflows and checklists
