## Description

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused **Talent Manager** to lead a team of Talent Management Executives responsible for booking promotional staff across a wide range of brand activation campaigns, including roadshows, experiential activity and PR campaigns. Managing a team of around five Talent Management Executives, you will be responsible for ensuring campaign staffing targets are achieved, maintaining high booking standards, driving team performance and supporting the ongoing development of your team. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisation skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service to both clients and contractors.

## Requirements

### Campaign Delivery

-   Oversee the successful fulfilment of campaign staffing requirements.
-   Ensure work is effectively prioritised, planned and allocated across the team.
-   Monitor booking activity and performance data to maintain high fulfilment and quality standards.
-   Liaise with Campaign Management teams to understand campaign briefs, objectives and budgets.
-   Ensure vacant campaign shifts are filled with the most suitable contractors.

### Contractor Management

-   Review and quality-check contractor bookings and suitability.
-   Provide constructive feedback to contractors to encourage continuous improvement.
-   Support and guide new contractors and those requiring additional coaching.
-   Manage self-booking approvals, ensuring contractors match campaign requirements.
-   Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to address performance concerns.

### Operational Excellence

-   Produce accurate reports and performance updates for senior management.
-   Manage team rotas and holiday planning to maintain service levels.
-   Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve systems, processes and contractor experience.
-   Actively challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements.
-   Act as a positive ambassador for both N2O and our clients.

### Essential Skills & Experience

-   Proven experience managing and leading high-performing teams.
-   Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
-   Experience managing recruitment, attendance, performance and employee relations matters.
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-   Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-   Confident working with systems and technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
-   Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-   Ability to make decisions independently and solve problems effectively.
-   Positive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and change.
-   Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
