At Naked Wines, we connect independent winemakers directly with our community of wine lovers (we call them Angels) to provide exceptional wines at fair prices. We believe in supporting our winemakers and offering an outstanding customer experience.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Happiness Advisors on a **temporary** **\- 5 day Fixed Term Contract** basis to support our busy team placing Tasting Tour orders for our customers.

**Location**: Norwich  
**Salary**: £13.45/hour  
**Dates**: 17th June - 23rd June 2026 (weekdays)

## Requirements

**Key responsibilities:**

-   Place Tasting Tour orders on behalf of customers in our system
-   Check order details to ensure accuracy before submission
-   Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
-   Flag missing details or booking issues quickly to the team
-   Handle customer data securely and in line with GDPR requirements
-   Follow internal processes for safe data handling and order management
-   Work cooperatively within a team and maintain excellent communication

**Details:**

-   This is a temporary, full-time position requiring 7.5 hours per day over 5 days
-   This is a fixed term contract starting 17th June - 23rd June 2026. Weekdays only.
-   Work shifts within our opening hours: 9am to 5:30pm
