### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **remote** Hospitality Business Development Specialist to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of hotel joint venture and partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing hospitality deals, building strong industry relationships, and driving strategic growth.

### Responsibilities

-   Identify and secure hotel joint ventures and strategic partnership opportunities.
-   Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, operators, and hospitality brands.
-   Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements.
-   Coordinate due diligence with legal, finance, and technical teams.
-   Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare commercial recommendations.
-   Manage transactions from initial discussions through successful deal closure.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in hotel development, hospitality investments, business development, or strategic partnerships.
-   Proven experience successfully closing hotel joint venture or partnership deals.
-   Excellent commercial and financial understanding of hospitality investments.
-   Existing networks within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
-   Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
