### We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Operations & Automation) - Remote

### About Namou Properties

Namou Properties is a growing real estate company focused on improving operational efficiency and building data-driven systems to support business growth.

### Role Overview

We’re not looking for a traditional Business Analyst.

We’re looking for someone who can redesign how a business actually works through systems, automation, and process optimization.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a reporting role.

### Responsibilities 

-   Analyze and map end-to-end business processes 
-   Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual work in workflows
-   Redesign and optimize processes for speed, scalability, and accuracy
-   Build automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
-   Integrate systems and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
-   Define KPIs and build dashboards for operational performance tracking
-   Work with teams to implement, document, and improve systems continuously

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
-   2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement
-   Strong process mapping and workflow design skills
-   Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
-   Ability to turn complex operations into simple systems
-   Experience with data analysis and KPI tracking
-   Strong English communication skills
