### Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven remote **Digital Marketing Specialist** based in India to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting the Indian market. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, conversion tracking, and performance marketing, with the ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns targeting the Indian market
-   Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation
-   Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing
-   Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google conversion tracking
-   Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
-   Create and coordinate engaging marketing content for paid and organic campaigns
-   Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion performance
-   Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and performance advertising
-   Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel setup, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
-   Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
-   Based in India with a good understanding of the local market and audience behavior
-   Fluent in English with strong communication skills
-   Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and marketing tools such as Higgsfield, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
