### Role Overview

We are not hiring a traditional Business Analyst focused on reporting or documentation.

We are hiring someone who can **redesign, optimize, and automate how the business operates internally**.

This is a hands-on role focused on **building systems, improving workflows, and eliminating manual work through automation and structured process design**.

### This Role is NOT for you if you are:

-   Focused only on reporting or dashboards
-   Not interested in automation or process improvement
-   Looking for a purely analytical or theoretical role

### Responsibilities 

-   Map and analyze end-to-end business processes
-   Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual workflows
-   Design and implement optimized workflows for scalability and efficiency
-   Build automation solutions using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
-   Integrate systems and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
-   Define KPIs and build operational dashboards for performance tracking
-   Translate business needs into structured workflows, process flows, and system requirements
-   Work with teams to implement and continuously improve operational systems
-   Document processes, workflows, and SOPs in a clear and structured way

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
-   2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement
-   Strong understanding of workflow design and process mapping
-   Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
-   Ability to break down complex operations into structured systems
-   Strong analytical and structured thinking mindset
-   Excellent communication skills in English
