**Job Overview**

We're looking for a well-connected local in **Fujairah** to help us identify and secure land opportunities for future projects. This role is built around who you know — landowning families, brokers, and community contacts — and your ability to turn those relationships into real opportunities for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and source land opportunities across Fujairah 
-   Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and community members
-   Conduct field visits and collect accurate data on land ownership and location
-   Present opportunities confidently and persuade landowners and stakeholders to engage or collaborate 
-   Use Namou’s internal system to record and update scouting information
-   Work closely with the acquisition and legal teams during negotiations
-   Stay updated on market trends and zoning regulations in Fujairah

## Requirements

-   Based in Fujairah
-   Valid UAE driving license (required)
-   Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
-   Excellent knowledge of local areas, families, and communities
-   Comfortable using basic mobile apps or systems (training provided)
