## Description

We are looking for a highly experienced **Full-Stack Team Leader** with **7+ years of professional experience to lead both our backend (Laravel/PHP) and frontend (Angular) teams**.  
The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end development, ensure seamless integration between front and backend systems, and maintain high technical standards across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

-   Technical Leadership
-   Lead and mentor both frontend and backend teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
-   Architect and implement scalable full-stack systems using Laravel, Angular, and MySQL.
-   Review and optimize frontend and backend code, ensuring maintainability and performance.
-   Manage database design, indexing strategies, and complex SQL query optimization.
-   Oversee API design, versioning, security, and integration with frontend applications.
-   Project & Team Management
-   Translate product requirements into clear technical tasks for frontend and backend teams.
-   Plan sprints, estimate effort, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
-   Identify team blockers and proactively resolve technical or resource-related issues.
-   Conduct performance evaluations and create skill development plans for team members.
-   Ensure smooth collaboration between UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, mobile, and product teams.
-   Quality Assurance & Delivery
-   Maintain coding standards, enforce best practices, and ensure consistent code reviews.
-   Oversee testing strategies across frontend and backend, including unit, integration, and e2e tests.
-   Ensure secure, stable, and high-performance applications across all modules.
-   Manage deployment cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
-   Collaboration & Communication
-   Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose solutions.
-   Participate in architectural discussions and lead decision-making for new features and enhancements.
-   Produce clear technical documentation, system diagrams, and knowledge-sharing materials.

## Requirements

-   **7+ years of experience in software development, with strong specialization in:**
-   **Laravel / PHP for backend**
-   **Angular for frontend**
-   **MySQL for database management**
-   **Strong experience leading full-stack development teams.**
-   **Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, caching, queues, and microservices concepts.**
-   **Proficient in Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and modern development pipelines.**
-   **Familiarity with responsive design, reusable components, and scalable frontend architecture.**
-   **Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.**
-   **Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems.**
-   **Understanding of performance optimization for both frontend and backend.**
-   **Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.**
