## Description

**Nasoft** is hiring a **Business Developer** for our client specialized in **E-commerce and Digital Marketing company** serving the **Gulf markets**.

\- Responsibilities :

-   **Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion .**
-   **Conduct market research to identify emerging trends , customer needs and competitive landscape.**

-   **Manage Client accounts , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.**
-   **Oversee performance marketing campaigns ( PPC ,Social Media Ads ..) and optimize for ROI.**
-   **Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.**
-   **Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance and growth opportunities**
-   **Negotiate contracts pricing and scope of work with clients  
    **

## Requirements

-   Bachelor degree in Marketing , Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred .
-   Proficient in Marketing platforms and tools **( Facebook Ads , Google Ads , TikTok Ads , Analytics platforms )**
-   Strong Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and kpi's .
-   Ability to analyze campaign data and make data driven decisions.
-   Excellent communication , negotiation and presenting skills .
-   **Competency in Excel , reporting tools & CRM Systems.**
-   **Proven Experience in Business Development Within a marketing agency.**
-   Strong track record as an account manager handling multiple clients .
-   Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
-   Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients & growing existing accounts
-   Skilled in CRM systems ,reporting tools and excel for managing clients and tracking performance.
-   Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPI's ) such as **ROI , CIR , CPA** and how to leverage them for campaign success.
