## Description

We are looking for a **Sales Representative** to join our cosmetics brand In Kuwait City . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable beauty products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong brand image.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience.
-   Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable cosmetics and beauty products.
-   Explain product features, benefits, usage, and prices clearly.
-   Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
-   Promote new products, offers, and promotions.
-   Upsell and cross-sell products based on customers’ needs.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-   Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
-   Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
-   Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitors.
-   Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when required.
-   Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management.
-   Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.

## Requirements

-   **1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or a related field** is preferred.
-   Previous experience in a **cosmetics or beauty brand** is a strong advantage.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong customer service and selling skills.
-   Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is preferred.
-   Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.
-   Strong persuasion, upselling, and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work with sales targets and under pressure.
-   Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
-   Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
