## Description

**Nasoft** is hiring for one of our clients, a leading creative solutions provider specializing in content production, influencer marketing, and media services across the GCC region. The company partners with top brands, agencies to deliver high-quality, innovative, and customized marketing and production solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify and target potential clients, including brands, agencies, SMEs, and government entities across the GCC market.
-   Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and follow-up process.
-   Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
-   Meet clients to understand their needs and propose tailored creative or production solutions.
-   Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
-   Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field**.
-   **3–5 years of video editing experience** in industries such as production houses, influencer marketing agencies, media or advertising agencies, or creative studios.
-   Strong professional network within the **GCC market**, especially in **KSA and Kuwait**.
-   Experience with **Final Cut Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve** (a plus).
-   Experience with **Adobe Premiere Pro**, with basic knowledge of **After Effects**.
-   Experience creating **social media videos** for platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
-   Strong **storytelling and editing skills**, including cuts, pacing, color correction, audio, and subtitles.
-   Ability to **handle multiple projects simultaneously** and meet tight deadlines.
-   Strong **attention to detail** and adherence to **brand guidelines**.
