## Description

The Readymix Plant Labourer is responsible for carrying out manual labor activities associated with the production of ready-mix concrete, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation of the batching plant and surrounding yard areas. The role supports production operations by maintaining plant equipment, assisting operational staff, and ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently achieved.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform manual labor duties related to the production of ready-mix concrete.
-   Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the batching plant, production areas, yard, and associated facilities.
-   Wash out and clean concrete batching plant mixers at the end of each production shift.
-   Ensure the concrete reclaimer area is kept clean and free from concrete buildup at all times.
-   Assist in cleaning, maintaining, and organizing plant equipment, tools, and operational areas.
-   Maintain all plant and equipment in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
-   Support plant operations by assisting Batchers, Shippers, Shovel Operators, and other operational personnel as required.
-   Follow instructions issued by supervisors and authorized personnel.
-   Assist with general yard activities, material handling, and plant maintenance tasks.
-   Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and operational issues to the Production Supervisor.

### Requirements

-   Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial plants, or ready-mix concrete operations preferred.
-   Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor activities.
-   Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
-   Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
-   Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-   Good awareness of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness standards.
-   Knowledge of ready-mix concrete operations is an advantage.
