## Description

Role Summary

Responsible for conducting site inspections and quality control activities to ensure construction works, materials, testing, and documentation comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and company quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship.
-   Verify inspections, tests, trials, measurements, and results in accordance with approved procedures.
-   Review technical results and identify discrepancies or non-conformities.
-   Report adverse results, quality issues, and Client/Consultant rejections to the QA/QC Manager.
-   Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly used, maintained, stored, and calibrated.
-   Maintain equipment and calibration registers and quality records.
-   Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Client Representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-   Support corrective actions, NCR close-out, and other quality control activities.
-   Perform other duties assigned by the Site QA/QC Manager.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

-   Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-   Minimum **3 years of construction/QA/QC experience** in building, roads, bridges, or infrastructure projects.
-   GCC construction experience preferred; temporary works experience is an advantage.
-   Good knowledge of construction inspection, testing, drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
-   Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on site.
