# Light Duty Driver

## Description

To safely operate light vehicles and transport employees, materials, spare parts, tools, documents, and equipment between company locations, suppliers, workshops, and project sites while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Drive light vehicles safely and efficiently for company-related duties.
-   Transport spare parts, tools, materials, and equipment between the Central Garage, project sites, and suppliers.
-   Collect and deliver documents, permits, and other company correspondence when required.
-   Support vehicle movement for maintenance, registration, inspection, and repair activities.
-   Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
-   Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately.
-   Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and trips.
-   Assist the Central Garage team with logistical and operational requirements as needed.
-   Ensure compliance with Bahrain traffic laws and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
-   Coordinate with the Garage Supervisor regarding transportation schedules and priorities.
-   Respond to emergency transportation requirements when required.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   High School Certificate or equivalent.
-   Valid Bahrain Light Vehicle Driving License.
-   Minimum 2 years of driving experience in a corporate, industrial, or construction environment.
-   Clean driving record with good knowledge of Bahrain road networks and traffic regulations.
