## Description

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Associate** to join our team at a client facility in **Chicago, IL 60608.**

**Important: This position requires working in a cold environment and performing physical, hands-on processing duties. Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.**

**Employment Type:** Full-Time Temp-to-Hire

**Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

-   Picking and pulling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-   Preparing and organizing pallets for loading onto delivery trucks.
-   Organizing products throughout the warehouse and freezer using pallet jack.
-   Unloading incoming products and properly storing them in designated areas.
-   Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality.
-   Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
-   Performing daily warehouse cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
-   Following all safety procedures and proper warehouse practices.
-   Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.

**Schedule**:

Monday – Friday

1st Shift:  4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Overtime: Available

**Pay Rate:**

$18.00 per hour.  (Biweekly Pay)

**Requirements**

-   Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required to effectively communicate.
-   Two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
-   Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
-   Must be willing to undergo a Background Check.
-   Must be available to start working as soon as possible.
-   Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
-   Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs. continuously throughout the workday.
-   Must be able to remain standing and active for extended periods of time.
-   Must be comfortable working in a cold-temperature environment ranging from -10°F to 30°F.
-   Must be able to remain on your feet and actively moving for approximately 80–90% of the shift.
-   Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and other physical warehouse tasks.
