## Description

National Star Services, a facility management company with over 28 years of nationwide experience, is currently hiring reliable and hardworking **General Laborers** to support operations at a transportation facility in **Sweetwater, TX 79556.**

This is an outdoor, physically active position assisting truck drivers with covering and securing materials on flatbed trailers.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   Assist drivers with covering materials on flatbed trucks
-   Unroll and position large tarps over materials on flatbed trailers
-   Secure tarps using straps, bungee cords, and other equipment
-   Ensure materials are properly covered and secured before trucks leave the facility
-   Work safely and efficiently while following site procedures
-   Perform physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
-   Maintain a clean and safe work area

**Schedule:**

Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

**Hourly Pay Rate:**

$19.00/HOUR.  (WEEKLY PAY)

**Requirements:**

-   Two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
-   Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
-   Steel-toe boots are required for safety
-   Must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors
-   Must be comfortable working in different weather conditions
-   Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required (No public transportation is available near the job site)
-   Must be willing to complete a background check
-   Must be available to start working as soon as possible
