# Part Time Janitor

## Description

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a **Part Time Janitor** for a 7-Story apartment building located in **Chicago, IL 60647**.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

-   Cleaning of common areas:  Vestibule, Lobby, Leasing office, Package room, Restroom, Fitness center, Dog run, Bike storage area, Elevators, Stairwells, and Rooftop terrace.

-   Moving trash dumpsters from the compactor room to the alley for collection.
-   Cleaning and maintaining the trash room.
-   Following all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
-   Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
-   Performing additional janitorial duties as assigned.

**Schedule:** 30 Hours per Week

-   Monday – Sunday (Off Tuesdays & Thursday)
-   7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

**Start Date:** July 1, 2026

**Pay Rate:**

-   $17.05 per hour
-   Biweekly Pay

**Requirements:**

-   Must have two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
-   Be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-   Commercial and/or Residential cleaning experience.
-   Background check will be conducted.
-   Be able to start working as soon as needed.
-   Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
