# Full Time Janitor Needed

## Description

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide and we are currently seeking a **Full-Time Bilingual Janitor** to join our team in **Naperville, IL 60540**.

**The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

-   Clean and maintain the common areas of two adjacent 5-story condominium buildings
-   Clean areas including the vestibules, lobbies, management offices, restrooms, fitness centers, community rooms, outdoor decks, mail rooms, elevators, and stairwells.
-   Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
-   Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
-   Follow all safety procedures regarding the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
-   Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
-   Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Schedule:**

Tuesday through Saturday

1st Shift:  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Start Date:** August 18, 2026

**Hourly Pay Rate:**

$17.50 per hour

(Biweekly Pay)

**Requirements:**

-   Be bilingual (English and Spanish).
-   Must have two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
-   Previous commercial and/or residential cleaning experience is required.
-   Background check will be conducted.
-   Must be able to start working as soon as August 18th.
-   Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
