## Description

National Star Services, a leading facility management company with over 28 years of industry experience and we are now seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse Helpers to support our client’s facility located in **Des Plaines, IL 60018.** 

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate and track incoming shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
-   Verify received materials against invoices, delivery orders, and company requirements.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and records for inventory, equipment, and supply distribution.
-   Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to ensure adequate stock availability.
-   Communicate updates regarding material availability, delivery changes, shortages, or other operational issues.
-   Ensure requested items and approved substitutions are fulfilled promptly.
-   Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
-   Support daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

**Pay Rate:**

-   Regular: $17.50/hour.
-   Overtime: $26.25/hour.
-   (Biweekly Pay)

**Work Schedule:**

-   Days: Monday – Sunday (2 days off during the week; weekends required)
-   5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

**Requirements:**

-   Authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
-   Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
-   Steel toe shoes/boots required for safety
-   Reliable transportation to and from work
-   Previous warehouse experience is preferred
-   Ability to lift heavy as required by the role
-   Availability to start working ASAP
